Acquisition of Lumbardhi GmbH

In 2018, Interenergo acquired a 90 % stake in Lumbardhi GmbH, which holds a 100 % stake of Kelkos Sh.p.k.. Kelkos operates in Kosovo with four 31.5 MW rated power plants.
