Leadership and supervisory board
Interenergo’s headquarters are in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The company is managed by two managing directors, David Huber and Jože Bajuk.
David Huber
David Huber finished his studies in business sciences and economics at the University of Graz in 2014. In the same year, he started his business career at Kelag, as a manager of wind farms in Romania and Bulgaria. In 2020 he became Asset Portfolio Manager, responsible for the international portfolio of renewable energy sources and managing the investment department of Interenergo. Since 2023, he has been the Managing Director of Interenergo.
Jože Bajuk
Jože Bajuk holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a Law degree. He has held various leadership roles, including serving as regional director at Sportina Group and heading the legal departments at Poteza Group d.d. and PDP d.d. From 2012 to 2020, he was with Interenergo d.o.o., where he served as procurator and director of investments, production, and maintenance. In 2020, he joined Petrol as a board member responsible for Energy, Solutions, Logistics, and Operations. Since September 2023, he is a portfolio manager and procurator at Kelag International. In September 2024, he became the Managing Director at IE.
Ownership and About Kelag Group
Strong fundamentals are important for the long-term development of any company. Since 2009, Interenergo has been part of the Austrian Kelag Group, which is considered one of the leading renewable energy providers in Central Europe. By following the trends of the future, the Kelag Group is adding solutions to its business model in the area of digitalization, electromobility and smart technologies.
